My Angelic Gesture Campaign

Do something good for someone

Teresa Lipowska smiling with a bouquet of flowers

“I like helping people. I would like
goodness to go out into the world.”

From a single letterto a MillionAngelic Gestures

Do something good for another person today.

Add your Angelic Gesture and help us reach
a million good deeds together.

How did Mrs Teresa become the inspiration for the Campaign? It all began with a single letter and a modest parcel sent to Mrs Teresa Lipowska. Her reaction to the gift showed us how much remembrance, kindness and care can mean to another person. Today we want to show that goodness is still in people — you just have to notice it and pass it on.

Choose an Angelic Gesture for today

Kindness doesn’t have to be big to matter

  • Presence

Give someone a moment of your attention, listen without hurrying and stay close.

  • A kind word

Call, send a traditional card or say something nice.

  • Time together

Play a game of chess, go for a short walk, look through a photo album together.

  • Help

Help with heavy shopping, sort out an errand at an office for someone.

  • For yourself too

Look after your own peace of mind, so you can share it with others. If you like, choose herbal products from Asepta.

  • Leave someone a kind note

Write a few warm, encouraging words on a sticky note and leave it on a colleague’s desk at work.

  • Pass the good on

Share the link to the Campaign with 3 or more people. Perhaps this is how you will inspire the next Angelic Gesture.

  • Give someone a lift

Offer a lift to the doctor, the shop or somewhere an older person finds hard to get to alone.

  • Company at the table

If you see an older person eating alone, ask if you can join them and keep them company.

  • Let someone rest

If it’s always Mum who cooks dinner, offer to take care of everything yourself today.

  • Say “thank you”

Sometimes someone has been waiting a long time to hear that what they do really matters.

  • A gesture for nature

Feed a stray cat or put out water in the heat. Plant something or look after a shared green space.

Jesli wychodzimy z domu, wypelnieni wewnętrzną radością, wdzięcznością, zachwytem nad każdym dniem, zdarzeniem, człowiekiem, pogodą, niepogodą, to wtedy wylewa się z nas Miłość. Czesto pomimo i ja przekór.

How did theMy Angelic Gesture Campaign begin?

It all started with a single sentence we read in a newspaper. It was enough to make us think of Teresa Lipowska — one of the greatest stars of Polish Television — not as a famous actress, but simply as a person who might appreciate a little support. We sent her a letter and a small parcel with a herbal cream, without knowing whether they would ever reach her.
We didn’t expect a reply. And yet Mrs Teresa wrote back. One thing came through most strongly in her words: she replied not because she had received a present, but because along with it she had received something far more important. The feeling that someone had noticed her and seen her as a fellow human being, and wanted to do something good for her. In our interview Mrs Teresa also talked about her collection of

more than 200 angels, which she has received from viewers over the years. As she says herself, even more than angels she loves “angelic gestures” — a phone call to someone close, help with shopping, a conversation or simply being there.

That is when we thought: if one good gesture can mean so much to someone, what could happen if there were thousands of such gestures — or perhaps millions?
This is how the idea of the “My Angelic Gesture Campaign” was born from that exchange of kindness, together with the dream of making a Million of them together. Because in a world where loneliness affects both older and younger people today, we want to remind everyone that only we can change this — together.

For yourself too

W pewnym momencie podszedł do mnie mały chłopczyk i podarował mi kwiatuszek zrobiony ręcznie z papieru. Podeszłam do chłopca i mu podziękowałam.

zgubiona maskotka

For others

Brat obchodzi niebawem 6-te urodziny i ta osoba bardzo chciałaby podarować pluszaka w formie prezentu, jednak nigdzie nie może go znaleźć w internecie, by go móc kupić. Przejrzałam portal Vinted i znalazłam kilka identycznych pluszaków.

Why does it matter?

Loneliness has become a silent epidemic of our times.

It doesn’t affect only seniors — it also touches young people and adults.

A young woman hiking alone in the mountains

68%

of adults in Poland feel lonely

Research shows that more than two out of three people living in Poland struggle with a sense of loneliness and the lack of a close relationship.

Every 3rd

person has no one to talk to

As many as 35% of us say that in a difficult moment there is no one around we could turn to for help or a warm word.

From 18 to 80+

Loneliness has no age

It is felt by as many as 65% of Generation Z and more than 36% of seniors in Poland. Whatever our age, each of us needs attention and other people.

We believe that

good always comes back.

Whether you do someone a small favour, have a chat or simply listen to another person — every gesture builds a better world and comes back to us twice as strong.

We won’t solve the problem of loneliness with a single gesture, but just imagine what would happen if all of us together made a Million Angelic Gestures. How would it change our world? Everything is in our angelic hands!
So let’s get up from our armchairs, switch off the computer and the TV for a moment, put down our smartphones and do our Angelic Gesture for someone.

You don’t take a Campaign heart — you receive it from someone

How can you join in? — support the campaign

We are a small Polish family company. We have a huge heart and big dreams, but our possibilities — like everyone’s — have their limits. With your help, though, we can do much more.

If you have an engaged community around you, if you post, create content or work in the media — your reach has amazing power. When you share our campaign and inspire others to do good deeds, you make the most beautiful, multiplied angelic gesture.

A single post, story or article of yours can make thousands of people look around them. They will call a lonely grandmother, smile at an older neighbour, help with shopping or simply give someone their time. Together we can make sure that loneliness doesn’t overwhelm the world — step by step, gesture by gesture.

Share the link to the Campaign on your social media profiles and add a few warm words of support for the My Angelic Gesture Campaign. Remember to tag our social media profiles and pass on our virtual heart sticker of the “My Angelic Gesture Campaign”, which you can download here — just click the little heart.

Help us make the Great Clock of a Million Angelic Gestures keep growing — all the way to a million and beyond.

Would you like to support the My Angelic Gesture Campaign in your own way? Write to us. We will be happy to talk about your idea and help bring it to life.
